Smashed tacos

Description
Looking for a delicious, budget-friendly dinner? This vibrant salad is packed to the brim with flavour, all topped off with crunchy air-fried spring rolls.
A splash of lime is a great way to season food without adding salt.
Taste tip:
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut each burger in half. Roll each half into a ball, then flatten to a 14 cm disc to make 8 patties.
- Spray patties with oil. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add 2 patties to pan. Using a spatula, press to flatten. Cook for 1–2 minutes or until browned underneath. Turn. Top with a tortilla and cook for a further 1–2 minutes or until browned. Turn and cook for a further 1 minute or until tortilla is golden. Transfer, tortilla-side down, to a chopping board. Repeat with remaining patties and tortillas.
- Prepare coleslaw kit following packet instructions. Top patties with 1 tbs cheese, coleslaw, then 1 tbs cheese. Fold in half and place on prepared tray. Spray with oil.
- Top tortillas with remaining cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with coriander. Serve with lime if using.
