  • The cost per serve price is an estimate based on the ingredient quantities needed in the recipe, as well as specific products, and should be used as a guide only.

  • We first determine the total recipe cost based on the specific measurements needed of each ingredient in the recipe. For example, a recipe that serves 4 people may require 20ml of soy sauce. Only the cost of the 20ml of soy sauce product (and not the cost of the entire bottle of the product) will be added to the total recipe cost. This total recipe cost is then divided by the number of servings detailed for that recipe to calculate the estimated cost per serve.

  • The estimated cost per serve amount is calculated on the recipes’ default serve amounts shown (being the number of serves presented when you first load the recipe).
